Cloud Mail server support

EUnet provides basic level of support which is included in the monthly fee for mail server rental. This support includes the following activities:

  • root partition – log tracking and cleaning
  • monitoring of used disk space
  • recommendations for optimal resources (upon customer’s request)
  • restart of the server in case of insufficient resources (upon customer’s request)
  • adding domain names/whitelist (upon customer’s request)
  • packing and forwarding of mail logs
  • analysis of logs/denials in cases of nonexistent user, overloaded disk space, large e-mail, etc. 

Also, we can provide other support services, upon customer’s request, which are charged additionally, such as:

  • spam lists/delisting
  • deeper log analysis
  • upgrade of software on mail server
  • monitoring and many more
