Cloud Mail server support
EUnet provides basic level of support which is included in the monthly fee for mail server rental. This support includes the following activities:
- root partition – log tracking and cleaning
- monitoring of used disk space
- recommendations for optimal resources (upon customer’s request)
- restart of the server in case of insufficient resources (upon customer’s request)
- adding domain names/whitelist (upon customer’s request)
- packing and forwarding of mail logs
- analysis of logs/denials in cases of nonexistent user, overloaded disk space, large e-mail, etc.
Also, we can provide other support services, upon customer’s request, which are charged additionally, such as:
- spam lists/delisting
- deeper log analysis
- upgrade of software on mail server
- monitoring and many more
