Standard support level includes assistance and interventions performed by our engineers during business hours, from 8:00 to 20:00 on business days and from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Outside business hours we provide Premium Support service.
Premium support level includes interventions performed by our administrators and engineers 24x7 and services upon customer’s request which are not included in the service fee. Premium Support services are included in the price of advanced hosting services (Dedicated servers, Private Cloud, Managed Cloud and other Managed services), and they are additionally charged for users of other services where the service fee includes only standard level.

Premium support services can be contracted on monthly level or upon request: according to prepaid payment model (prepaid package of hours where certain discount is applied) or postpaid model, i.e. upon the service is performed.
Pricelist of Premium Support services for the postpaid payment model:
*Listed prices are VAT excluded for postpaid payment model. Payments should be made in RSD, according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the invoicing date.
