Hosting support подразумева ensuring the proper functioning of the server and identifying issues in its operation.
Hosting support includes technical assistance for issues related to the cPanel environment, such as login problems, domains (adding, parking, subdomains), FTP, email accounts, databases (MySQL), basic settings, and file management (upload/download). However, it does not include support for specific application errors (e.g., WordPress, Joomla), coding (PHP, HTML), or complex website issues.
Hosting support includes assistance and engineer interventions during working hours: from 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. You can contact the hosting support center via landline at 0700 600 500 or from mobile networks at 011 30 10 500 option 3), or send an inquiry to: podrska@eunet.co.rs Our engineers are also available for any additional questions and assistance.
To add an additional domain to your web hosting account, you first need to point the domain to our hosting infrastructure by setting the NS (name servers).
If the domain is registered with another provider, enter the following name servers in their panel:

ns2.cpanelhosting.rs (94.127.4.5)
ns3.cpanelhosting.rs (94.127.5.6)
If you registered the domain through EUnet hosting, log in to the customer portal and within your account go to My Services → Domains and select the predefined option cPanel hosting DNS.
If you are unable to change the domain’s DNS settings for any reason, contact our support for an alternative way to connect the domain.
