Hosting support

To add an additional domain to your web hosting account, you first need to point the domain to our hosting infrastructure by setting the NS (name servers).

If the domain is registered with another provider, enter the following name servers in their panel:

ns1.cpanelhosting.rs (94.127.7.132)
ns2.cpanelhosting.rs (94.127.4.5)
ns3.cpanelhosting.rs (94.127.5.6)

If you registered the domain through EUnet hosting, log in to the customer portal and within your account go to My Services → Domains and select the predefined option cPanel hosting DNS.

If you are unable to change the domain’s DNS settings for any reason, contact our support for an alternative way to connect the domain.

After propagation and once the name servers are updated, add the domain in cPanel:

1. cPanel → Domains → Create A New Domain
2. Enter the domain (e.g., novidomen.com)
3. Optionally check/uncheck “Share document root” (whether it shares the same website)
4. Set the Document Root (e.g., /public_html/novidomen)
5. Click Submit

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Open Email Accounts.
3. Click Create.
4. Select the domain (if there are multiple), enter the name (e.g., info), and set a Password.
5. If needed, set the Mailbox Quota (email account storage limit).
6. Click Create.

1. cPanel → Domains → Create a New Domain
2. In the Domain field, enter e.g. blog.
3. Check the Document Root (the folder where files will be stored, e.g. /public_html/blog).
4. Click Create.
   Note: If the authoritative name servers are not cPanel-based, DNS must be pointed to your hosting (A record).

1. cPanel → Domains → Zone Editor
2. Find the domain → click Manage.
3. Click Add Record (A/CNAME/TXT/MX…).
4. Fill in:
   • Name: e.g. www.yourdomain.tld
   • Type: A / CNAME / TXT / MX
   • Address/Value: IP address or target (e.g. CNAME to example.com)
   • TTL: can be left as default
5. Save.

Common examples:

• A record (domain → IP): @ → 1.2.3.4
• A record (www → IP): www → 1.2.3.4
• CNAME (www → root): www → yourdomain.tld
• TXT (SPF/DKIM/verification): use the value provided by your service provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

Note: DNS changes may take from a few minutes up to 24–48 hours to propagate.

cPanel login address: if your website is hosted on that account, you can use:
yourdomain.rs/cpanel

If you are using email only, it should work with:
mail.yourdomain.rs/cpanel
(depending on how your DNS is configured).

If you do not know your password, use the "Reset password" option below.
Enter your username, and in the next step your contact email address — a hint will be displayed.

Note: The cPanel account password must not contain the username.

Email password:

1. cPanel → Email Accounts
2. Next to the email account, click Manage.
3. In the Security section, enter a new password → Update Email Settings.

You can install WordPress in just a few clicks via your cPanel account:

cPanel → Softaculous Apps Installer → WordPress → Install

You can create additional FTP accounts in your cPanel account.

cPanel → FTP Accounts → Add FTP Account → define the username, password, and directory

You can change the PHP version in your cPanel account, depending on which PHP handler you are using.

cPanel → MultiPHP Manager or Select PHP Version → select the domain → choose the version → Apply
