Leasing a Cloud server is, by default, an unmanaged service (the user is responsible for maintaining the server). After selecting the cloud server resources and operating system, users are granted administrative/root access to the server.
If needed, users of the unmanaged option can engage engineers for any intervention upon request. This service is billed based on the number of engineering support hours used and includes assistance and engineer interventions during working hours: from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Support can be requested by calling the hosting contact center via landline at 0700 600 500 or from mobile networks at 011 30 10 500 (option 3), or by sending an inquiry to: podrska@eunet.co.rs
