Webinars (Zoom):

Business cooperation:
If your employer cooperates with us, we process your contact details and job position to establish and manage the business relationship.
Marketing communication:
We may retain minimal contact data after cooperation ends to send occasional service-related offers (legitimate interest). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Events and photos:
At company events, photos may be taken and published (legitimate interest). You can request removal at any time.
Office visits:
For security reasons, we collect visitor data (name, ID number, company).
Job applications:
We collect your CV for recruitment. If not selected, we may retain it for future opportunities (legitimate interest).
We process your data that we collect to establish cooperation with our clients (your employer) and charge for the Services we provide based on the conclusion or execution of a contract.

If you are not hired for the job you applied for at our company and we believe you are a candidate who may be interesting for employment in a similar position, we will retain your CV for another year, after which we will delete it.
If you attended our company events and were photographed, we retain these photos for one year, after which we delete them.
If you physically visit our business premises and we collect data for entry and arrival records, we retain these data for one year, after which we delete them.
We do not transfer your data outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
