Yes, it is possible to change server resources. You can make changes through your account in the cloud control panel: mycloud.rs.
You can schedule changes for a specific date and time or apply them immediately.

Increasing resources

You can increase CPU, RAM, and storage.

Decreasing resources

You can decrease CPU and RAM, but not below the initially selected package.
For example, if you chose Windows Cloud 2, you can increase the CPU to 3, but you cannot reduce it to 1—only back to 2.

Storage (disk size) cannot be reduced after it has been increased.

Multiple support levels are available for Windows cloud servers, depending on your needs. A detailed description of support options and what is included in each type can be found here.

The main difference between these two types of hosting is the operating system. A Windows cloud server may be more intuitive for users who already have experience with the Windows environment and are not very familiar with Linux.
