You can order, pay new or renew existing hosting services, change the data, check your account and many more using MyEUnetHosting OnlineShop at any time.
You have the option to pay via bank transfer after receiving an invoice or to pay online using your credit card. If you make a credit card payment online, service will be activated shortly, in couple of minutes.

 After you register and log into the portal using your user name and password, you have the option to:

•    change your contact information
•    pay your bill online (credit card payment)
•    change password for server access
•    change DNS address for domain
•    send official request for any change in services
•    check actual status of ordered services
•    order new services
•    review your bills and orders
•    register new services
•    renew existing services.

CPanel hosting instructions

You can administer your cPanel hosting package at http://cpanel.[username_for_cPanel].mycpanel.rs using:

Admin Username: username_for_cPanel
Admin Password: password_for_cPanel

You can use the webmail in the same way, at http://webmail.[username_for_cPanel].mycpanel.rs

If you manage your own domains by yourself and you want to use cPanelHosting DNS, you need to enter the following name servers:

ns1.cpanelhosting.rs [217.26.219.163]
ns2.cpanelhosting.rs [217.26.219.164]

DNS Parking Instructions

If you only have domain registered with EUnet, you can change your DNS service using MyEUnetHosting portal at http://my.eunethosting.com at any time. If you wish to use EUnet’s name servers, but you also need to change some record, you can do so by using control panel at http:/admin.eunethosting.com/ by using admin username and password sent to you by e-mail.

Hosting 2.0 Instructions

To be able to use e-mails on your domain (mailname@domainname) through your mail client (Outlook, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.) please follow the instructions for configuration of e-mail client using e-mail settings.

Instructions for uploading a presentation:

The folder in which you should store your presentation is in the form: "site/docroot".

When you log in the Control panel follow the next steps:

1.    click "Site wizard" to activate the possibility of transferring the presentation you have prepared, with which you initiate the process of creating your site, i.e. the environment for your presentation.
2.    select "New folder tree",
3.    then enter the folder name where you will store content of your presentation
4.    click "Next"
5.    select "Existing subdomain/domain"
6.    then mark the domain name to which your site will be linked
7.    click "Finish".

You have finished the process of creating your site, i.e. a structure of folders where you can store your presentation.  All other instructions are listed in PDF User Guide.
If you want to update your web site via FTP, after you have prepared a necessary environment on the server, i.e. the folder structure (creating the site through the "Site Wizard" option in the Control panel), you can migrate the presentation using any FTP software (Total commander, Cute FTP, gFTP, etc.).

Parameters for a client FTP application should be configured as follows:

FTP Hostname: domain_name
FTP Username: your_Username
FTP Password: your:Password
Remote Directory: [the name of the site folder]/docroot

Pages you want to be visible on your web site, should be stored in folder "site/docroot".

Please, pay special attention to the structure of folders which have been allocated to you and which are located below your site. You should not modify folders docroot, etc, logs, tmp, which were defined by the system since any modification can cause irregularities in functioning of your presentation.

SharedCMS Instructions

You can administer your website at http://[domain_name]/account and detailed User guide in PDF form can be downloaded here.

You can set up emails with domain name by using the control panel at https://admin.eunethosting.com/. Detailed instruction for using Control panel can be downloaded here.

You can access the webmail at http://webmail.eunethosting.com/

If you want to update your web site via FTP, as an easier method for uploading larger files to the server, using any FTP software (Total commander, Cute FTP, gFTP, etc.), you can access presentation folders “documents” and “images”. Parameters for a client FTP application should be configured as follows:

FTP Hostname: domain_name
FTP Username: your_Username
FTP Password: your:Password

If you manage your own domains by yourself and you want to use EUnet Shared CMS service, you need to enter the following name servers:

Primary nameserver:  dns1.eunethosing.com.  – 217.26.211.17
Secondary nameserver: dns2.eunethosting.com. – 217.26.211.18
And adjust A record domain to 217.26.210.13

If you want use the email service, please enter MX into DNS: mail.eunethosting.com

Cloud Instructions

In your request for any level of EUnet technical support assistance with your Cloud platform it is necessary that you provide your Customer Code. Your request will not be accepted without it.
With Cloud Control Panel you have the option to review and adjust various parameters of your servers and manage resources of those servers yourself:

•    instantly increase or decrease number of CPU
•    instantly increase or decrease RAM
•    instantly increase or decrease HDD
•    instantly create new servers and applications
•    server reboot
•    start or stop applications
•    consumption reports
•    parameters settings (hostname, change of password, DNS, etc.)
